Gold ore mine in Malaysia:
Gold ore is a major precious metal ore in Malaysia. There are five gold mines located in the state of Pahang, Kelantan, Johor in Malaysia, and Penjom Gold Mine located in Kuala Lipis, Pahang is the largest gold producer in Malaysia. It is the largest open pit primary gold mine in Malaysia contributing over 90 per cent of the country’s annual gold output.

 Gold ore beneficiation:
Parts gold is extracted as impurities during the final stage of refining copper, while others are got from gold ore mines.

In a gold ore mine such as Penjom Gold Mine, gold ore will be processed in a gold ore beneficiation plant, which crushing, screening, grinding process will go on.

Gold ore is reduced in order to maximize the surface for gold refinery. In the beneficiation plant, gold ore is fed into primary crusher (heavy duty jaw crusher or small jaw crusher) for primary crushing. During the primary crushing, the crushing capacity and discharging size can be adjusted flexible. Then the crushed gold ore will be transferred to secondary crusher for secondary crushing by conveyor belt. If the size can meet the demand, it will be transported to screening plant to separate and grade. The oversize gold ore will be crushed again.
At the stockpile, washing plant will be used to refine the gold ore and clean the useless particles.
In order to get the grain size suitable for recovery pure gold, grinding mill is need to produce gold ore powder.

It has already identified at its Raub project approximately 202,000 oz of proven reserves in the form of tailings, and 218,000 oz of JORC resources of near surface oxidised primary ore.
Monument is a Canadian gold mining production and exploration company operating in Malaysia. The company's two gold ore mines- Selinsing Gold Mine Project and Damar Buffalo Reef Prospect - are located in Pahang State in the Central Gold Belt District in Malaysia, which is in the same district as the operating Penjom Mine and Raub Gold Mine.

These two companies both take the crushing plant which consists of jaw crusher, impact crusher, belt conveyor, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, cone crusher, washing machine, grinding mill etc. to recover gold.

 Gold ore:
The refined gold is widely used in many industries such as jewellery, electronics, dentistry, glass manufacturing, medicine, aerospace, the arts, porcelain dinnerware, decorations in architecture, medallions, coins, and gold bars purchased as investments and so on.
